Forward-Deployed Process Observability Intern

This internship is for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in process observability and automation. You support practitioners working directly with client operations teams and contribute to real improvements under guidance.

• Help map and document operational processes
• Support instrumentation and data collection that make processes observable
• Assist with building and testing automation under supervision
• Help prepare findings and summaries for the team and clients

• Foundational understanding of software, scripting, or networking concepts
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn in real operational settings
• Clear communication and attention to detail

• Coursework or projects involving automation, data, or networks
• Exposure to scripting or basic programming

• Meaningful contribution to live observability and automation work
• Growth in practical skills over the internship
